Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.
Delivery time Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–9 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive within 5–12 business days of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays.
Shipping rates Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only.
Multiple-item orders Orders with more than one item may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package.
Tracking your order Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show updates after the label is created.
Lost, delayed, or incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days or your package appears lost, email us at and we'll make it right.
